Last updated on JULY 23, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Application Release is on E900. Tools Release has been upgraded for DV and PS environments from 9.1.5.5 to 9.2.2.8. The other environments (e.g. PY, PD, etc) are still on 9.1.5.5.

In the upgraded environments, performing a Find in Work with User Defined Objects application (P98220U) does not bring back any data in the upgraded environments. User is unable to find any User Defined Objects (UDO) records.

If user perform a backend database SQL query using the same SQL statement as in the jdedebug log, it returns over 9000 records.

UDOs exist (example Grid Formats and Queries) as they can be seen and viewed within the applications they are defined. In the process of upgrading from TR 9.1.5.5 to TR 9.2.2.8, all required ESUs and ASI have been completed in both PS and DV. Issue exists in both environments.
