E1: 42: During SO Entry (P42101) an "Associated Item Exists" (ASSC_XREF) Message Appears for One Branch but not for Another Branch (Doc ID 2693631.1)

Symptoms

The client has setup an Associated Item (X-Ref Type “A”) in the Item Cross Reference (P4104) for a specific item. If they enter a sales order with the item in one Branch Plant, the system finds the associated item, the message “Associated Item Exists” (ASSC_XREF) appears in the order header and a green checkmark is placed next to the line to indicate there is an associated item that was found that should be considered for this order.

If they enter a sales order with the item in a different Branch Plant, the message “Associated Item Exists” (ASSC_XREF) does not appear and the a green checkmark is not placed next to the line to indicate there is an associated item that was found that should be considered for this order.
