E1: 05T: R05602 Cache Error Message With Larger Data Sets

Symptoms
When processing over 100 timecard corrections for 1 employee, or 100 timecards for multiple employees the UBE jde log shows failure:
CAC0001017 - (jdeCacheOpenCursor) failed to open cursor due to reach the max #cursors (100) for cache (0HT4)
If this is run for multiple employee's all employee's within the PDF after the max cursor is hit show invalid failure:
Timecard Correction for this employee has resulted in a change in Gross Pay. All changes in Gross Pay must be processed through Payroll (P07210). This employee's Labor and/or Burden will not be corrected through this process.
Steps:
1. From P0801 choose Labor Distribution (P050151) and setup an employee for multiple accounts.
2. Set Time Entry MBF Processing Options (P050002A) processing options from IV for Pay Types #4 to 1 (Split time automatically)
3. Either enter more than 100 timecards for 1 employee (enter multiple weeks), or over 100 timecards for multiple employees. From Time Entry (P051121) enter time for a day and tab down. Timecard will split to entered accounts.
4. Run the timecards through Final Update (R07250).
5. Time Entry by EE Transaction History (fastpath to P051191 | W051191E), find employee, row exit Timecard Corrections make a change to every row to a different account and save.
6. Run R05602 in proof mode with Data Selection for employee(s).
Note failure in R05602 jde log of CAC0001017 - (jdeCacheOpenCursor) failed to open cursor due to reach the max #cursors (100) for cache (0HT4)
If run with DEBUG note debug:
