E1: 42: Updating a Sales Order Using the P42101 Causes Detail Lines to be Out of Sequence (Doc ID 2694393.1)

When using the P42101 to create and updates Sales Orders with multiple lines, intermittently the system will re-sequence the lines incorrectly. For example, on an order with more than 40 lines, detail line 1.000 will display after line 37.000.

The same issue does not occur when using the P4210 for creating and updating Sales Orders.

Although intermittent, the problem may be duplicated in the following steps:

1. Using the P42101, enter a Sales Order with more than 40 detail lines, each with a non-kit item.
2. After saving the order, re-inquire on it and access the header using the version for Update Sales Order - Header First.
3. Change the Requested Date and click Save and Continue.
4. The system will call the Sales Order Detail; click Submit and Close.
5. Re-inquire on the Sales Order Detail in the P42101. Note that some lines will be out of sequence based on the Line Number field. For example, detail line 1.000 will display after line 37.000.
