E1 SVM: The Weblogic Admin Server Status in Server Manager Is Shown as "Stopped" After Enabling Secure Socket Listener and Disabling the Plain Socket Listener (Doc ID 2694428.1)

Symptoms

After enabling secure socket listener and disabling the plain socket listener for Weblogic Admin Server, the status of the Admin Server reported in Server Manager Console is shown as "Stopped".

Also the Managed Instances running the Weblogic domain managed by the Admin Server are shown in an "Undetermined status as shown in the below screenshot.

The following error is reported into the E1 agent log running on the machine where the Weblogic Admin Server runs:

Changes

 The configuration of Weblogic Admin Server has been altered by enabling secure socket listener and disabling the plain socket listener
