E1: 46L: Error 085D - UOM Conversion Unsuccessful In P46L30 Assign/Remove Items to License Plate (Doc ID 2696858.1)

User receives error UOM Conversion Unsuccessful - Error ID 085D when entering Branch, item and location in P46L30 - Assign/Remove Items to License Plate and Clicking Search.
The UOM conversion is set up in item specific UOM conversion F41002.  The issue seems to occur when P46L30 calls BSFN B4000520 - GetItemUOMConversionFactor and does not pass an Short Item number value which causes the system to fail when retrieving the UOM conversion from F41002. The system then tries to query the F41003 standard conversion table however the conversion is only set up in F41002.

Steps to Duplicate:
1. Run P46L30
2. Enter Branch/Plant, Location and Item number
3. Click on Search
