Scheduled start time in the EnterpriseOne Scheduler (P91300) shows an hour off the correct time.

1. Run Solution Explorer (activconsole.exe) on a fat client and log into E1.
2. Fast Path: P91300
3. Find
4. Open the schedule of any existing scheduled job
5. Modify anything (e.g., recurrence interval, whatever)
6. Exit out, saving changes
7. The scheduled launch time will have been set backward an hour (i.e., to launch an hour earlier).
8. If you create a brand new schedule from scratch (e.g., one identical to the problematic one in steps 1-7) and save it, everything is fine, and the launch time for the job is correct.
9. But if you copy that job to create a new one, or even just go into an existing job without changing anything and then save it, the launch time will get set back an hour earlier.
10. This may have something to do specifically with scheduler's DST calculations, because if you create a recurring job, with no end date, but for which the 5 records in F91320 do not extend past the DST time change date, then the issue doesn't happen. Only when the records in F91320 for the job have launch date/times after the DST time change does the weird behavior in steps #7 and #9 above occur.
