Symptoms

Notification generated shortcut link is not opening the application with the filter condition defined in the notification or subscription. For Example : In the below Notification Object --> Business Unit is defined to include in the shortcut link 

 

 

 

User subscription for above notification and branch plant is defined,

 

 

EnterpriseOne shortcut link open respective application defined in notification setup but the branch plant(101RLL) is not passed.
