E1: 07: Lump Sum Populated for Piecework with Interim Timecard Upload

Symptoms
When a timecard is entered using regular time entry (P051121) with piecework, the timecard is entered with piece and hourly rate. When that timecard is uploaded into an interim, the Lump Sum is populated. Importing a timecard into an interim should not change the data originally entered.
Steps
1. Create 2 employees.
2. Create a timecards for each employee with piecework in time entry (P051121) with the same information.
3. Create an interim for one of the employees and select to Load Existing Timecards to Grid.
4. Notice the Lump Sum is populated when it was not populated on original record.
5. Process both employee timecards through payroll process updating to history.
6. Review history updates.
