E1: ORCH: Swapping Steps for Orchestration in Editor Fails to Repopulate Visual Assist (Doc ID 2699705.1)

Last updated on MARCH 11, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Issue occurs when editing an Orchestration/flow by swapping out the contents of one step with a previous one. This does not update the grid correctly to the previous contents.
Steps to reproduce:

> Customer has an Orchestration flow
> Adds various objects (For example a Rule)
> Using the lens /visual assist button this returns the steps properly
> Then the customer switches that object with another (another Rule for example, with different steps) the new Steps are shown by find/lens option
ISSUE: If the customer reverts back to the first object (first rule) then the Rules do not refresh. Only by pressing on save actually it actualizes them properly
