Last updated on AUGUST 13, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Requirements Planning - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When the Multi-facility Requirements R3483 Processing Options are set for both Lot Expiration Date and Quantity in Inspection after a Purchase Order is Received into Receipt Routing (P43250) at the Inspection Step it is no longer considered as Supply resulting in new Order messages being created.

Various combinations of the Processing Options for Lot Expiration, Receipt Routing Step, and Safety Stock give different results. The results may also be affected by Receipt Routing Payment before moving to Stock and by the use of Production Number (PMPN) numbered items.
