Symptoms

The value for marital status for State (MSTI) and Local (LMST) entered in Quick Hire is not retained.  The marital status for State and Local should not follow the Federal marital status and it should not default with the value from Default Value in Data Dictionary unless a value is not entered into the Quick Hire grid.  The value that is entered in the marital status fields in the Quick Hire grid need to be retained when the employee record (F060116) is created.

Steps
1. Populate Quick Hire grid, populating different values for the marital status fields.
2. Inquire on the employee record and review marital status fields populated in Nat'l/Fisc Data.
