Symptoms

After performing a Receipt Reversal, the OV Document number in the PO Receiver (F43121) table seems to disappear. This creates a what appears to be an integrity problem because there is an OV Document Number in the Journal Entries (F0911) table that does not have a matching OV Document Number in the PO Receiver (F43121) table.
