Symptoms

When using Form Extension / grid, adding F0911.ABR1 Managerial Analysis Code 1 and F0911.ABT1 Managerial Analysis Type 1 upon entering data and saving received the following error

EXTENDED FIELD WARNING
Extended fields will not be saved as the primary keys are not available in
Add mode. Try the application/form in Update mode.
Extended fields in the following detail lines were not saved.
Detail Lines: 1
