Symptoms

Customer recently upgraded tools release from 9.2.1.4 to 9.2.4.3.
JDE works fine initially after server start, however after some time (30 to 40 minutes) users start facing slowness and eventually JDE login pages no longer appear.
During this time both JDE fat client and web client cannot login.
