Goal

Customer needs to know in Orchestrator Studio is possible to have the formatting ability such as different color or font of the text message in a Message Service Request.

BUSINESS NEED:

In summary, I would like to put an emphasize on a specific word in the email I am planning to send. Here is an example I am working on. I am creating an Orchestration to do E1 health check. In normal situation, the Orchestration just sends an email with the status of E1 health check based on the result using Server Manager. I would like to send an email with red color or bold characters if any of E1 health check fails. That could be the subject line or in the body of the email message.

I think the subject line or text in email body in read color or bold will get an attention from the support engineers easier.

That is/was my intention of why I would like to put a different color or font in the message when I create a message service using Orchestrator Studio.
