With the Introduction of 2020 W-4, withholding allowances are going away many customers used 99 Federal withholding allowances to indicate a person had claimed "exempt" on their W-4. We need to accommodate a different way to reflect this in the System. Tax Method G was added, which exempts Federal, State and local taxes. From customer feedback, we see that we also need a Tax Method that will exempt the employee from Federal withholding ONLY. This will be new Tax Method F.
