Symptoms

After terminating an Object Usage and Tracking batch version (R98902) caused by power outage, database connection lost, forcefully stop the UBE execution etc., any subsequent batches of the for that version no longer populate the F98902 table. The UBE version finishes within a second as successful. So it does not end in an error it just ends quickly.

Changes

 Previously, R98902 has been launched and terminated by reasons such power outage, database connection lost, forcefully stop the UBE execution etc.
