E1: 08: Add Column in Employee Quick Hire P060116Q For Date Effective EFTO in HR History F08042 (Doc ID 2707219.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 02, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Human Resources Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

P060116Q is used frequently for go-live and for an acquisition. The column Date Started (DD alias EFTO) will populate both the F060116.YADST (Employee Master) F08042.JWEFTO (HR History)

Canadian customers do not want the Date Started field on the Quick Hire to update the employee's Date Started value to the EFTO on the F08042. For Go Live, customers want the EFTO to reflect the date the employees were loaded into the Production system.

Requesting an additional column in P060116Q to differentiate DST from EFTO or a processing option could be added to give the user a choice of entry date into the system or DST.
