Trying to use JDB_InsertMediaObjectFilename API to insert a file attachment (queue type 05 - eg: HTMLUpload) into F98MODAT table.

In a new C business function, the API JDB_InsertMediaObjectFile is called as follows:

Issue happens on instances using non-Oracle databases (SQL and DB2) and it works as expected on instances using Oracle DB.
