E1: 07: Gross Up Not Calculating Correctly If Records Exist For State And Tax Type I In P079221 (Doc ID 2710042.1)

Symptoms

When trying to do a gross up interim, if there is an override in P079221 (Work With Unemployment Insurance Rate Revisions) for state and tax type I; irrespective of the date range, the override is considered.

Steps:
       1. Fast Path to P079221 and enter a record for the employee's tax area, Tax Type I and rate .01200 and enter Begin and Ending date.
       2. Enter a gross up interim for your test employee for a work date after the Ending Date setup in Step 1 and calculate
       3. Notice that the system incorrectly calculates the Gross up amount
