Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The customer has an agreement with their customers over the entire Fiscal year and this agreement demands for a Fixed Exchange Rate for the concerned customer. The current methodology of Monthly Exchange Rate impacts the Fixed Exchange Rate as per the agreement .

As example , for intercompany flow (SI-SK/OK), the Fixed Exchange Rate, set for customer, is used only to calculate the price in the SI order and this is not used for calculate the cost.

The cost on the SI is the price on the SK and the cost on the OK and it is calculated using Monthly Exchange Rate.

The customer would like to propose an Enhancement for the Fixed Exchange Rate of the customers which impacts the Price, as it is happening currently, and should also have an impact on the Cost.
