Symptoms
The Job Forecast Account Info Worktable (F51F20W) is creating null values where it should pull the default value of zero for numeric fields.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query F51F20W in an SQl program.
2. See <null> values where numeric values should be.
