E1: 07: Date Pay Stops is Not Recognized when Payroll is Processed (Doc ID 2711036.1)

Symptoms

Payroll system is not stopping payment when a Date Pay Stops date is entered for an employee. Continues to pay for the full month when it should only pay a partial month.

Bug 30340021 was raised on the same issue, and it was suggested to set P07210 Processing Option #11 set to a '1'. The problem still exists with the processing option set to a 1.

Steps
1. Enter Date Pay Stops for employee.
2. Verify version of P07210 has processing option 11 set to 1.
3. Submit pre-payroll.
4. Employee is paid for full pay period even though only worked for parital based on Date Pay Stop.
