E1: OVR: Cannot See "JD Edwards" Shared Folder and Reports Under Catalog in BI Publisher After Importing Standard One View Reports (Doc ID 2711497.1)

Symptoms

User had followed the Document 2080825.1 to import the One View report update "OneView_910_All_Reports" from Update Center. However, after sharing all the One View Reports in P98220U, user is not able to run any of the delivered One View Reports. Further investigation, signing on to BI Publisher Enterprise, user is unable to see the JD Edwards folder or any One View Reports under Shared Folders in Catalog.
