E1:40G: When the Harvest is Removed (P40G03 -Harvest Maintenance) from Contract Block, the F40G03(Grower Harvest) does Not Clear the Contract & Detail ID'S in the Table (Doc ID 2712380.1)

Symptoms

When a Harvest is removed from the Contract Block and Terminated the Contract ID and Contract Detail ID are not removed from the F40G03 record. This results in an invalid error message in the P40G03 Harvest form. This also may be why the Harvest cannot be removed from the Contract and then Terminated in a separate step (see Bug 1409309).  Therefore, you are unable to associate the block to another contract.

Steps:

  1. Add block to contract
  2. Create contract harvest records
  3. Terminate a single contract harvest
  4. Try to add contract harvest back to contract - receive error message
  5. If you review the F40G03 for the harvest block, you will notice that the contract and contract details id fields are still populated.
