E1: GRID: Chrome Versions 83 and 85 Add Borders to Fields and Right Border Does Not Display (Doc ID 2712401.1)

Symptoms

The right border is cut off of a few fields when running Chrome versions 83.0.4103.61 or 85.0.4183.102.
Example: P4113|W4113B (accessed via P4113|W4113A)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access P4113|W4113A while running EnterpriseOne on Google Chrome versions 83 or 85
2. Find and select a record, which takes you to P4113|W4113B
3. Left mouse click (and hold) on the Item Number, Item Description and/or the Quantity field values for the record
4. Notice each field has a border on three sides (top, left and bottom), but the right border does not display.
5. Expanding the field/column width in the grid does not impact this issue
6. The field border only appears to occur with Chrome, as holding the left mouse button on these fields while running Internet Explorer or Firefox does not bring up a border.

If a field has a border, it should not extend the width of the field.
