Symptoms
HTML instance is configured to store the media object files in database (F98MODAT) and most of the file attachments are working as expected. When trying to view some attachments, 'Media Object Fetch Image failed' message is displayed on-screen and the e1root log has below error:
When looking under the above path in the web server, corresponding file is there but it is of 0 KB.
