After upgrading the operating system on the workstation from Windows 7 to Windows 10, after clicking on the Visual Assist icon, the pop up window (example, a modal Search & Select form) being launched, displays as an empty blank window. The screen shape appears but it is blank. Nothing actually renders on the pop up window.


This issue only occurs on IE11 browser. Issue does not occur when using other browsers on the same workstation like Chrome, Edge or Firefox.

Issue is machine specific. Issue occurs on all applications with visual assist field.
