Symptoms

After a recent package deployment, users are receiving a "JAS_MSG346: JAS database failure: [BSFN_CALLOBJECT_ERROR] An error occurred during the call to trigger business function FXXXX_CURRENCY: 2" error when trying to access applications. This issue only seems to happen with a set of users that have access to certain company values. It is an intermittent issue.

The following pop up window error is seen by users:

 

An SQL system error [SQL0901] can be seen in the user specific jas debug log:
