Symptoms

The toolbar at the top is missing all the buttons for several users.



When users log in some of them cannot do anything because the buttons at the top like the home button and navigation button are missing so users cannot open anything from the menu. Sometimes changing the web browser works and sometimes clearing out the cache works, but not always.

Issue only occurs on JAS instances that are on the Load Balancer.
