E1: 43: Open PO Inquiry (P4310) Runs Out of Memory When Media Objects are Attached to PO Lines

The client recently upgraded their tools release from 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124. This upgrade involved the introduction of the Media Object Attachment Manager. After the upgrade, when the user performs a query in the Open PO Inquiry (P4310) of 10,000 or more orders, the HTML Server runs out of memory and crashes impacting all users currently attached to the HTML server. If they perform the identical query using the 9.2.3 tools release which does not have the Media Object Attachment Manager enhancement, the error does not occur.
The e1Root logs from the 126.96.36.199 test shows the Media Object System Function: sysMOExist returns the following error:
