E1: 31: Order Processing (R31410) is Called Unexpectedly when the Sales Order Line With Line Type S is Created in P4210 Customer Service Calling a Version of Manufacturing Work Order Processing (P48013) (Doc ID 2722487.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 16, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Shop Floor Control - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When the P4210 Customer Service version is set to call a version of P48013 Manufacturing Work Order Processing that is set to automatically attach part list and routing, even if the line type is S and not W, the WO from the SO is not generated. This is correct functionality. But R31410 Order Processing is being called. This is incorrect. Can see this in Work with Submitted Jobs.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Set a specific version in P4210 for P48013. Set that version of P48013 to attach the PL and Route automatically calling R31410.
  2. When P4210 version is set to call of P48013 that is set to attach automatically part list and routing, even if the line type is S and not W, the WO from the SO is not generated, but R31410 is being called. This is incorrect. Can see this in Work with Submitted Jobs and email if set to receive a confirmation of the UBEs being run.
