Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

For Australian payroll when a retroactive rule is submitted in P186701 (Work With Retroactive Pay Rules) and the produced Retroactive Pay Rule Processing
report (R186705) is reviewed, all records are displaying Error AU500 Error: Date can not be blank.

If you then review the time records created by the retroactive rule you will see that they are all missing the Timecard From Date (TCFD) and Timecard Thru
Date (TCTD) causing the error.

Steps:
1- Set User profile to Australian
2- Setup your employee group with one Australian test employee and setup your retroactive rule
3- Submit the retroactive rule then review the produced R186705 pdf
4- Notice that all records have the error: AU500 Error: Date Can Not Be Blank
5- Review the created retroactive timecards and notice that all records are missing the Timecard From and Tru dates.

The AU500 error on the R186705 report is not causing any issues other than being a false error.
