JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Accounts Payable - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When redistributing a Logged voucher via Voucher JE Redistribution (P042002), we have found that there is no processing option to determine what version of Standard Voucher Entry (P0411) will be used, therefore version ZJDE0001 of P0411 will be used. Enhancement Request Bug 31984240 - Cannot Select P0411 Version in P042002 has been logged.
A subsequent Enhancement request has been entered to allow a specific version of F0411 Interoperability Processing Options (P0400048) be added to the processing options of Voucher Logging Entry/Standard Voucher Entry (P0411), since currently the P0411 is hard-coded to call the ZJDE0001 version of P0400048.
The request is to have both the processing on P042002 calling a specific version of P0411 in order to call a specific version of P0400048 from P0411.
Currently the process is as follows:
1) Enter a Logged Voucher from Voucher Logging Entry (P0411).
2) Redistribute the logged voucher from Voucher JE Redistribution (P042002). Note that the Interactive Version (IV) of Voucher JE Redistribution (P042002) does not have a processing option for the Version of P0411 from the Versions Tab on the processing option for P042002, therefore P042002 will use version ZJDE0001 of P0411. See document: Enhancement Request to Select the P0411 Version in A/P Voucher Journal Entry Redistribution (P042002) (Doc ID 2717904.1)
3) Note that even if a different version of Voucher Logging Entry/Standard Voucher Entry (P0411) were allowed to be called from Voucher JE Redistribution (P042002), the Voucher Logging Entry/Standard Voucher Entry (P0411) processing options on the Versions Tab does not have a processing option to call a different version of Interoperability Processing Options (P0400048) and therefore the system will call the ZJDE0001 version of Interoperability Processing Options (P0400048).
