E1: 51: Missing Company Number in F0901 After Deleting Accounts (Some Lines Had A Budget)

Symptoms
There are missing Company Numbers in the Account Master File after deleting duplicate account numbers when importing from an Excel Spreadsheet.
The system should not blank out the company number.
Steps:
1. Go to P51006
2. Add a Job
3. Go to Budget Original
4. Copy/Paste a COA with an original budget with duplicate accounts
5. Click OK
6. Highlight all records and select delete
7. Click ok
8. Click ok again
9. After you clicked okay, the record that still has a budget will display but the company number is missing the F0901.
10. Review the F0901 with missing company number
This issue corrupts the Data Base.
