Symptoms

After clicking on RDA Compare icon to launch the RDA Compare tool, nothing happens. The jas.ini, jdbj.ini and tnsnames.ora have been copied into system/classes folder from Development Client.

The Active Console log file shows the following error:

The issue has also been reported when using other compare tools like "Table Compare"

Changes

Tools release has been upgraded/updated on the Development Client
