Symptoms

All UBEs are stuck at processing status, however the PDF output is getting generated successfully with the expected output. This issue is specific to existing users. For new users, the job status is getting updated correctly.

As per the logs, after the UBE process ends, it is trying to send a UBE notification to the user.
