E1: SOLEXP: Screen Freezes and Unable to Expand the Menus after Login into Some HTML Instances for Some Users

Information in this document applies to any platform.
For some users, after login into some html instances, EnterpriseOne screen freezes and they are not able to expand or open the menu items. After waiting for around 10 minutes, it comes out of not responding state after which users can expand the menus. For the same users, it works as expected, when they login to some other jas instances.
Can see below AIS Login related errors in the e1root log of the html instance after a few minutes:
