Symptoms

Bug 12479977 - ASSET DISPOSAL - GLALT9 BLANK corrected GLALT9 from blank to P so that duplicate XA ledger records are not created during an asset disposal.

Client is requesting that GLALT9 be changed to blank again so that XA ledger records are created for the disposal. This client has foreign subsidiaries which report in USD, whereas their domestic currency is GBP. The client needs these transactions to create restatement entries else they will have AA/XA ledger integrity issues.
