E1: BSSV: BSSV Build Fails During Unjar Process - "There are no more files" Error (Doc ID 2727700.1)

Symptoms

 During the unjar process of the BSSV package build, the following error shows in the Unjar_BusinessService.log.  The build stops at this time, and it doesn't go to the compile stage (no "wls" folder get created in the package).
