Symptoms

When attempting to refresh balances in J.D. Edwards Advanced Job Forecasting and Receive the following error: An exception has been caught by the web client.

The balances can not be refreshed.

Steps
1. Create a Job Forecast
2. Create a Journal Entry to the the job up update the amounts
3. Refresh the forecast
4. See the error.
