E1: SVM: Runtime Metrics Do Not Display for Pre-9.2.3.4 Components with Server Manager Console on 9.2.3.4 or Above (Doc ID 2728059.1)

Symptoms

Server Manager Console and some other managed instances are running 9.2.3.4 or above while other managed instances are running a release prior to 9.2.3.4. The steps to configure Server Manager Console to work with Java 8 Update 201 (the TLS configuration) were followed as outlined here. After that, the 9.2.3.4 and above managed instances can report runtime metrics without issue. However, the managed instances running a release prior to 9.2.3.4 do not report runtime metrics successfully. The following errors can be seen in the embedded agent logs for the affected instances:
