Symptoms

When creating a Manual Billing record(P1511) the header record appears in the Manual Billing Journal Review(P150011) in an error status.

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access P1511 Manual Billing Entry.
2. Enter a manual billing transaction, noting the batch number.
3. Review batch just created with Manual Billing Journal Review(P150011)
