Symptoms


BSSV server becoming unresponsive.
Restarting all of the servers and or services has not resolved the issues.
These issues are related to BSSVs and has happened to may users at all times of the day.
Seeing this error many times in bssv log

com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The value is not set for the parameter number 1.

Using SQL native client 11
java uses sql driver version 42
