Symptoms

Not able to use the ORCH Monitor. When trying to access from Studio the user is taken back to the signon screen. When accessing P980060 from the regular web client the recent exceptions are not displayed in the table.

Error in the AIS e1root error log or User-specific trace log: 

 
[SEVERE] - [AIS] E1.Scheduler HealthMon Error Writing to F980060 java.lang.Exception: Exception Monitor failed to establish session cannot write exceptions to database.
or
[WARN][AIS]RequestMonitorManager - establishMonitorUserSession() - Monitor User is not configured cannot write to database
or
[WARN][AIS]RequestMonitorManager:cleanUpLeftoverFaluresToDB() - Failed to establish session not moving exception files to DB
