E1: ESU: R98403A Broken In Planner ESU JN18153 (Doc ID 2729537.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 04, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In the latest Planner ESU JN18153, R98403A is broken when copying a table that already exists in the target. It's not dropping the table before trying to create it. B98403A should be calling CopyTableLongPW and instead is calling CreateTableLongPW.

Steps:

1. Apply JN18153 to Planner, complete Special Instructions.
2. Log in to JDEPLAN
3. Create new version of R98403A, set Data Selection to Object Name = F9843
4. Set Proc Opts: Source=JDEPLAN, Target=DEP920, Proof Mode=1, Replace Duplicates=Y, Clear Target Table=Y
5. Run the new version

It errors out trying to create the table because it already exists.
