Symptoms

When trying to save an Unapplied Receipt receive Web Client Exception error for Business Function CreateMaintainRUDetail (B03B0069):

 and the receipt cannot be saved.


In the jde.log associated with the call object kernel to which the user was assigned there is a unique constraint violation error related to F03B11_PK.
