Symptoms
When trying to delete an existing Customer Master (F03012) record via Customer Master Revisions (P03013), the program sets error 337D: Delete Invalid - F03B11 Record Exists:
CAUSE . . . . The Address Book Number you are trying to delete exists in the
Customer Ledger file (F03B11). Therefore, it is not eligible for deletion.
RESOLUTION. . You can attempt to delete the Address Book Number when it has
been deleted from the Customer Ledger file (F03B11).
Steps to duplicate the issue:
- Navigate to menu Customer Invoice Entry (G03B11), or type ‘P03013’ in the Fastpath in the Navigator and hit Enter.
- Open Customer Master Revisions (P03013) if you navigated to the G03B11 menu.
- Inquire on an existing customer master record and select the Delete button at the top of the form.
- Note that error 337D is set by the program.
