E1: 31: Inbound Work Order Issues Processor (R31113Z1I) Intermittently Updates Multiple Records Incorrectly Resulting in Dupicate IM Journal Entries (Doc ID 2730225.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 19, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Shop Floor Control - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When the Work Order Parts List (P3111) has two lines with the same part and same lot/location, intermittently the Inbound Inventory Issues Processor (R31113Z1I) will update both of the lines even though there is only one record in the Interoperability Parts List Table (F3111Z1I). Only one IM entry is created in the Item Ledger (F4111), however the Transaction Quantity (TRQT) and Unaccounted Units (CTS1) is updated for both Parts List lines with the same item. This results in duplicate IM journal entries when running Manufacturing Accounting (R31802A).
